RAGE YOGA

A Somatic Yoga & Emotional Release Practice
for anyone who is done pretending they’re okay!

WHAT IS RAGE YOGA?

Rage Yoga is about creating a dynamic space where that pressure can finally move through your body, with guidance, support, and full permission to stop holding it together for a little while. Your anger gets to be honest here. And human. And held.

When anger has nowhere to go, it comes out sideways as irritability, numbness, snapping at the people you love, shutdown, or exhaustion that sleep does not fix. This workshop gives it somewhere to go.

All emotions are welcome here:
rage, grief, fear, despair, loneliness. Whatever is alive in you gets to show up.

This is for you if you feel overwhelmed, clenched, numb, reactive, exhausted, or like you are carrying more than your body was built to hold.

What you’ll experience

01

Grounding and nervous system resourcing practices to help your body settle and open

02

Somatic yoga and movement for reconnecting to your body, power, and voice

03

Breath, music, and sound to support release

04

Guided release practices, including shaking, stomping, pushing, and vocal expression

05

Deep relaxation and integration so you finish the class feeling more steady, present, and reconnected to yourself

Why Join?

01

You’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more present.

02

You’ll leave with a better understanding of what your anger is protecting and pointing to, along with simple tools you can use at home to release stress before it builds.

You do not need to be calmer.

You need a place to release what you’ve been carrying so calm can find its way back in.

For over two decades, I have worked as a yoga, birth and embodiment educator; doula; coach and photographer; as well as a ceremony, circle and retreat facilitator.

I love using somatic modalities to help people with yonis remember that they are strong, wise and intuitive, guiding them to meet the challenges of life with openness and softness.

My work is inspired by my own experience in using pleasure to elevate and heal through some of life's most intense initiations. I have spent my share of time exploring the depths of the shadow realm, each time emerging with a stronger connection to my own light.

Much of the inspiration for this circle comes from my 650+ hours of training in Layla Martin's VITA coaching method, which applies a Tantric approach to sex, love and relationships.

“Britt is a boss when it comes to establishing and holding boundaries. I am grateful to have learned such an essential skill from this magical woman!”

M.M.

“I regained a connection to my body and all the fun and sexiness that come along with it, which I had not felt since before my first pregnancy 6 years ago.”

C.B.

“I’m more connected to my feminine power, presence and essence having journeyed through so many different experiences in community with other incredible women.”

C.F.

I feel so free & like a new woman!

This circle has been everything. It has completely reawakened my connection to my creativity, my yoni and my power.  I love that I got to embrace my shadows and shine light on what has been in the darkness for so long. I’m so grateful! I‘ve been telling everyone about this work and cannot wait to be a part of it again!

✦ I have never done anything like this.  Will I feel lost?

Our circles and practices don't require any prior practice, just a commitment to presence and curiosity. Our explorations are intentionally paced to allow everyone to take it slooooooowwww.

Will I have to take off clothes to participate?

No, circles and practices are offered as a fully clothed container. If you want to explore sexual pleasure practices, we offer those in some of our other programs

I'm pregnant! Will the practice be appropriate for me?

Yes! Everything we are doing can be adapted for pregnancy and will help you have a more pleasurable pregnancy, a conscious birth and an empowered transition into parenting.

I am shy. Will I have to share the details of my intimate life with a group of strangers?

Absolutely not! Everyone is welcome to share as much or as little as they are willing. Your boundaries will be honored. Everything is held in confidence.

Will I need to be loud during the practice?

While you’re welcome to make sound if it feels supportive, we’ll also offer quieter ways to move energy and release pressure through the body. You can absolutely participate even if you have family, roommates, or live in an apartment.

The Juicy Ladies community was founded by Britt Fohrman in 2018, with the intention to bring more embodied joy, pleasure, and connection into the lives of women of all ages and life stages.

Our circles, retreats, dance parties, ceremonies, and photo sessions bring you into your most authentic way of being, in both practical and magical ways. We explore transformative practices, creative processes, and rituals that infuse your whole life with more inspiration, clarity, and enjoyment.
